The drifting clouds were spotlighted by the city's glow.

This is an old watercolor. I love the challenge of creating something new, but I'm busy right now. I thought this one fit.

IF - Hierarchy

The hierarchy of the animals drove the people under ground. It was a complete reversal of the food chain. Blake, who was as pale as the others from lack of sun, smelled the fresh spring rain. Even though his life would be in jeopardy he stepped out past the cave's corridor. Immediately, he met eye to eye with Mother Nature. The light stung his eyes, and made them water, but he could not take his eyes off of his reflection in the beautiful droplet of rain hanging on to the bright green Spring leaf. Mother Nature was his hierarchy for now.

I'm practicing with hair. Over did the strands I think.

IF - Talisman

tal·is·man
- Pronunciation: \ˈta-ləs-mən, -ləz-\

1
: an object held to avert evil and bring good fortune
2
: something producing apparently miraculous effects

Above is the part of the definition I used for my image for Illustration Friday. Unlike all other mythical creatures this one is real. Similar to other mythical creatures, you must have faith in the power that is Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior to inherit the miracles and happiness within.

IF - Rambunctious

The fairy was too rambunctious and broke one of her wings. The boy would never have found her if she could have flown away. She will have to hope he will keep her a secret.
